Berkadia’s Michigan/Ohio Team includes Kevin Dillon, Jason Krug, Rick Brace, Corey Krug and EJ Wujek. Together, the team offers over 150 years of combined experience to their clients, completing transactions totaling more than $17 billion since 2017.
In 2025, the team negotiated 34 deals totaling $576.2 million in sales volume.
Highlights include the $83.8 million sale of the 1,112-unit Waverly on the Lakes, the $50-million sale of the 408-unit Haven at Grosse Point, and the $37-million sale of the 626-unit Harbors at Battle Creek. The team also negotiated the 626-unit Bainbridge Park complex, which sold for $29.1 million.
