Occidental Management is a Midwest commercial real estate development and management company that operates across multiple real estate segments. In 2025, the company’s staff completed 37 deals across 951,144 square feet.
Notable transactions included working with Fiserv, Inc. on the renovation of 427,000 square feet at the Aspiria Campus in Overland Park, KS. The new location will add approximately 2,000 technology and operations-related jobs in the state and generate $6.5 billion in total economic impact over 10 years. Fiserv has committed $175 million in private investment to the project.
Other deals at the Aspira Campus included eScreen’s 45,00-square-foot lease, MyFreightWorld’s 27,000-square-foot contract, and Security Benefit’s 25,000-square-foot agreement.
