Tyler Bradford

In 2020, Tyler Bradford founded Convoy Capital, a commercial mortgage brokerage with a specialty in multifamily loan originations. Prior to that, he was a top broker for 14-plus years at Venture West Funding and First Pacific Financial. Bradford now oversees a team of 21 people at Convoy Capital, while continuing to grow his individual loan production year over year. 
 
Bradford’s $400 million in individual total brokered loan volume for 2023 covered 83 unique multifamily and commercial transactions spread across over 20 institutions. His extensive knowledge of product offerings and small balance lenders operating in the Southern California multifamily space is one of the main keys to his success. Colleagues say Bradford’s ability to understand his client’s needs while navigating each lender’s sensitivities is the reason he is so successful, and that his foresight and sense of the market are matched by very few in the space.
