Aidan Birnbaum

Aidan Birnbaum works on behalf of the Bravo Property Trust bridge platform. Aidan formerly worked on S3 Capital’s bridge loan program, overseeing 150 active loans. In his time, he closed more than $1 billion of transactions and facilitated the financing for each transaction under the platform. Formerly an underwriter, Aidan has an understanding of acquisition and development projects, having seen more than 50 projects through to completion.
