Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) is represented by 20 originators and 15 support staff in the Texas market. Led by Todd McNeill, Brandon Brown, Jamie Mullin and Sunny Sajnani, 2022 was a record year in volume with $1.9 billion deals closed. The production in 2022 covered over 19 states, 12 product types, and 92 capital sources.

Notable deals included a $72.5-million refinance of a 516-unit multifamily complex in Oklahoma City; $60.3 million in acquisition financing of a 545,204-square-foot shopping center in Kansas City; $56.2 million in acquisition financing of a 422-unit multifamily complex in Cypress, TX; $29.2 million in construction financing of a 393,680-square-foot industrial building in Savannah, GA; and a $26.5-million agency refinance of a 416-unit multifamily complex in Houston.
