X Team Expands SoCal Footprint, Adds Axiom Retail Advisors

Southern California brokerage group Axiom Retail Advisors has joined Phoenix-based X Team Retail Advisors as an affiliate of X Team’s retail real estate advisory platform. Axiom brings 100 years of combined experience in the shopping center industry, completing over 4,000 lease and sales transactions valued at more than $1.6 billion.

X Team’s President, Dave Cheatham said, “Southern California is a massive and dynamic consumer market that demands retail experts who know the community inside and out. We could not have found a better team than Axiom to continue growing X Team’s national platform in such a key market.”

Paul Bartlett, one of the six Axiom teammates joining X Team said, “This move will allow us to better serve client needs by drawing from the phenomenal expertise now housed under one roof. Whether it’s a landlord or tenant relationship, the X Team national platform offers broad knowledge and a deep skill set.”
