Wharton Signs BlueTriton Brands to Full Warehouse Lease in East Windsor

Wharton Industrial has leased the entirety of its 279,256-square-foot industrial warehouse in East Windsor, CT to BlueTriton Brands, Inc. (formerly known as Nestle Waters North America). The property was purchased in October 2021 by Wharton in a joint venture with Boston-based Long Wharf Capital.

“Wharton acquired this strategically located property with a clear investment thesis in mind — enhancing it to maximize the site’s tremendous potential and better serve the expanding list of tenants seeking space in East Windsor and Greater Hartford,” said Scott Guo, head of acquisitions for Wharton Industrial.

Chris Metcalfe and Jack Reed of CBRE represented Wharton in the lease transaction.

The property on Craftsman Road features 18-to 20-foot clear heights; six tailgates; two drive-in doors; more 300 parking spaces; and 5,000 square feet of office space. It sits five minutes from the I-91, 10 minutes from Bradley International Airport and 20 minutes from both Springfield, MA and Hartford, CT.
