Westrick Music Academy Renews NJ Office Lease
Fennelly Associates, a full-service commercial real estate provider in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has facilitated a lease renewal for a 7,025-square-foot office space at 231 Clarksville Road in West Windsor, N.J. Westrick Music Academy, renowned for its music education programs catering to youth choristers and musicians in the greater Princeton area, occupies the space.
Representing the landlord, Bayard Street Properties, Jerry Fennelly of Fennelly Associates brokered the transaction with the tenant, Westrick Music Academy. The property, located less than five miles from Princeton University, is a single-story, 27,773-square-foot office building with on-site parking and access to Routes 1 and 206, as well as Interstate 295.
“With several retail and shopping destinations nearby, 231 Clarksville Road is a well-located and adaptable office building with approved zoning for medical, professional and social services uses,” said Fennelly. The building’s current tenants include Kaleidoscope ABA, Wellness Recovery Center of NJ, and RSM.
