TransLoop to Move, Expand Chicago Headquarters in River North

CBRE has represented TransLoop, a fast-growing logistics company, in securing a new Chicago headquarters at 350 North Orleans Street.

TransLoop outgrew its prior Chicago headquarters in just over three years, prompting the company to nearly triple its footprint to 44,457 square feet. The new office will allow the company to add up to 200 new jobs in Chicago, while TransLoop continues to scale hiring across all of its office locations nationwide.

CBRE’s Brian McDonnell and Bill Sheehy represented TransLoop in the transaction. “Talent is critical for a growing company, and this location creates a strategic advantage when recruiting the best and brightest in Chicago,” said McDonnell.

TransLoop moved to 350 North Orleans after expanding to a 17,000-square-foot space just over three years ago. The new office, secured through a sublease from Gartner, is within the 1.3 million-square-foot multipurpose building located on the north bank of the Chicago River.
