Town Lane Picks 186-Bed League City Sr. Living Facility

Berkadia brokered the sale of Grand Living at Tuscan Lakes, a Class-A senior living community in League City, Texas, approximately 30 miles southeast of downtown Houston.

Grand Living at Tuscan Lakes was purchased by Town Lane and Arcole Partners, its senior housing platform. Bow River Capital and Ryan Companies developed and sold the project.

Opened in 2023, Grand Living at Tuscan Lakes offers 186 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units and features luxury services, finishes, and amenities, including multiple dining venues, a 150-seat theater, a spa and fitness center, library and lounge, and a resort-style pool with hot tub.

Ross Sanders, Dave Fasano, Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare closed the sale on behalf of the Bow River-Ryan Companies joint venture.

The transaction is Town Lane’s sixth senior housing investment through its inaugural $1.25 billion real estate fund in partnership with Arcole.
