Stream Realty Partners Lands Office Broker Team from CBRE in DC

Stream Realty Partners has welcomed the addition of an office tenant representation team to its Washington, D.C. office.

Industry veterans and partners for over 15 years, Lou Christopher and Jordan Brainard, along with Asher Inman, join Stream from CBRE, further strengthening the firm’s tenant advisory capabilities in one of the country’s most competitive office markets.

Christopher joins Stream as Executive Vice Chairman & Partner, Brainard as Managing Director & Vice Chairman, and Inman as Vice President. The team specializes in complex tenant representation assignments on behalf of law firms and corporate headquarters, both locally and nationally, and brings decades of experience advising some of the region’s most sophisticated occupiers. The team will work alongside Kyle Luby, Executive Managing Director & Partner, who oversees Stream’s Washington, D.C. office. advising clients who value trusted relationships and bespoke, high-touch service.
