SRS Real Estate Promotes Britt Raymond to Managing Director in NYC

SRS Real Estate Partners has promoted Britt Raymond to managing director and market leader for the New York Capital Markets teams. In her new role she will provide guidance to the local brokers through day-to-day leadership, management, and business development.

Raymond joined SRS more than five years ago with her partner, Kyle Fant, to expand SRS’ National Net Lease Group presence into the region. Throughout her career she has closed more than $2.75 billion in commercial real estate transactions. She has established herself as an expert in the industry and was recognized as a Connect CRE Next Generation winner for the New York Tri-state region in 2022
