Solidigm Signs 170K-SF Lease at Rancho Cordova Office Complex

Semiconductor company Solidigm has leased a new headquarters at the White Rock Corporate Campus in the Sacramento submarket of Rancho Cordova, CA. Newmark’s Todd Eschelman, Kirk Lange and Jack Blackmon represented the landlord, Reno, NV-based Raintree Realty II, in the 170,000 square foot lease.

“White Rock Corporate Campus’s location offers excellent access to Greater Sacramento’s top-tier tech talent, and ideal headquarters location to support the tenancy’s innovative practices,” said Eschelman. “We are pleased to have represented Raintree Realty in this transaction, furthering our 11-year legacy with the company where we have completed over 75 transactions.”

Situated just off Gold Center Drive and 15 minutes east of downtown Sacramento on the Highway 50 corridor , the White Rock Corporate Campus is comprised of five, mid-rise Class A office buildings and features a 2.5-acre park, on-site café, tenant lounge and fully-equipped fitness center. The property is proximate to light rail stations as well as retail and dining options.
