Slone Commercial Completes Sale of Yorkville Lands Parcels for $10M

Joyce Slone, CCIM, SIOR of Slone Commercial LLC recently represented NGH Farms and Five H LLC in the sale of three parcels of land totaling 329.63 acres in Yorkville to EPC Holdings and SOO Green.

The transactions, totaling more than $10.1 million, included some of the last large parcels available for industrial development in the I-55 submarket. The vast property will be part of the Lincoln Prairie industrial development, a 228-acre site that is BNSF-certified with direct railway access.

In the largest of the three transactions, Slone represented NGH Farms in its sale of 229 acres to EPC for $6.4 million. Cushman & Wakefield assisted Slone while JLL’s Sam Durkin and Sean Reynolds represented the buyer. EPC also acquired 52 acres from Five H, with Slone representing the seller in the $2 million transaction.

Additionally, Slone represented Five H in its sale of a 48.63-acre lot to SOO Green for $1.7 million. Because of Lincoln Prairie’s access to power and rail, JLL is marketing the site for development into an industrial building or data center.

There’s still time to register for the Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 event on March 5 at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to register.
