Shanna Collective, Fulton Street Cos. Unveil $350M Office, Retail Project

Shanna Collective, together with Fulton Street Companies, unveiled The Fulton, an 11-story, 535,000 square-foot mixed-use development in Chicago’s Fulton Market District.

The $350 million project transformed the original landmark Schwinn bicycle factory building at 919 W Fulton Street by combining historic timber-and-brick heritage with amenity-rich new construction.

Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects as well as FitzGerald, with Shanna Collective CEO and Founder Shanna Khan as Shanna Collective’s owner and Chief Design Officer, The Fulton features world-class amenities, floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor terraces, and a rooftop bar.

“Fulton Market is such a vibrant neighborhood,” said Khan. “Chicago’s legacy of resilience provided a spark of inspiration in the greater calling to go all in on The Fulton.”

The Fulton is the only Class A office building to break ground in Chicago since 2023. “We’re privileged to partner with Shanna on such a unique asset in Chicago,” said Matt Pistorio, President and Founder of Madison Rose, the exclusive listing agent.
