Secret Santa Strikes Again for $40K
‘Tis the season to be jolly and give… anonymously. This year, the “Secret Santa” of Walmart has struck again, bringing us a heartfelt story and delivering gifts to nearly 200 families. For the second year in a row, an anonymous donor has paid for all of the items on layaway at Walmart in Everett, PA.
Walmart’s staff gets to give the gift of being the messenger, as they work on calling all the families to let them know that the generous and faceless stranger has paid off their holiday presents. In total, the donor, who the staff refers to as “Santa B” spent $40,000.
