San Francisco Office Tower 333 Bush Secures Two Headquarters Leases

Tishman Speyer has secured two headquarters agreements totaling 100,907 square feet at 333 Bush St., its office tower in San Francisco’s Financial District. Private capital software developer Carta signed a seven-year extension to maintain its 83,245-square-foot global headquarters through at least 2035. In addition, Mochi Health, a physician-led digital company founded in San Francisco in 2022, established its headquarters across the entire 17,662-square-foot 12th floor in a three-year lease.

“333 Bush is a world-class building thoughtfully designed to support San Francisco’s most innovative companies,” said Tishman Speyer managing director Patrick Devinger. “We are pleased to strengthen our relationship with Carta and to welcome Mochi Health, both of whom benefit from high-end amenities and services to keep teams engaged and recharged.”

Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Devinger and Jon Hunt.  Mochi Health was represented by Will O’Daly and Kelly Glass of Avison Young. Carta was represented by Jonathan Allen, Griggs Ziesing, Hugh Scott and Brittan Hawken of JLL. One of San Francisco’s tallest skyscrapers, 333 Bush is now 86% leased.
