Safeway-Anchored Retail Center Trades for $11M in North Spokane
Town & Country Shopping Center, a 100% occupied, Safeway-anchored neighborhood retail center located at 816 W. Francis Avenue in Spokane, Washington, has sold for $11 million.
The transaction was led by Dave Black, Chris Bell, Andrew Black, Creighton Morfitt, and James S. Black III of NAI Black, who represented the buyer in the acquisition. “Assets with these characteristics continue to command strong pricing and investor interest in today’s market,” said Black.
Town & Country Shopping Center is prominently positioned along three major arterial corridors serving Spokane’s North Side. The multi-building retail center totals approximately 81,000 square feet and is situated on a 5.32-acre site, serving a dense and established residential trade area.
Anchored by Safeway, the center features a mix of 13 national, regional, and local retail and service tenants, and was fully leased at the time of sale. The property consists of five buildings across multiple parcels.
