8300 Douglas

Ramrock-Led Team Building Dallas Mixed-Use Towers

Ramrock Real Estate, Lincoln Property Company, HKS, and Willow Bridge Property Management announced 8300 Douglas, a mixed-use development that will bring elevated office, residential, and retail environments to Dallas. The project will deliver approximately 300,000 square feet of Class AA office space and 280,000 square feet of residential space, along with walkways connecting shops and restaurants next to the Preston Center Pavilion.

Scheduled for delivery in 2028, 8300 Douglas will offer office space across 12 floors. The project includes a 17-story luxury residential tower with 147 units, a 35,000-square-foot rooftop park, and approximately 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.

HKS Architects will design the project.

The 12-story office tower offers a full-service health club, tenant lounge, wine room, conference facilities, catering kitchen. and a luxury social club.
