Quince Imaging Takes TransDulles Centre Building Near DC

Quince Imaging signed a 61,500-square-foot lease at Duke Realty’s TransDulles Centre 22601 in Sterling, VA. The video display engineering and design firm plans to take occupancy of the entire building in Q4 2017.

The property is located at 22601 Davis Dr., within a 148-acre industrial and office park in Loudon County at Route 28 and Sterling Boulevard, roughly 20 miles west of Washington, DC. Duke Realty’s portfolio in TransDulles Centre includes two office properties, 13 industrial buildings and three under-construction data centers, totaling more than 1.3 million square feet.

Transwestern’s Beverly Sheffler represented the tenant, while Duke Realty was represented in-house by Battista Orcino.

Orcino says, “This property provides exceptional transportation options, including convenient access to Route 28, Dulles Toll Road and Washington Dulles International Airport.”
