Peak Properties to Lease, Manage Gold Coast Apartments
Peak Properties, LLC has taken over leasing and management for The Clark, a modern 98-unit adaptive reuse of a former office building located at 1201 N Clark Street in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
“The neighborhood speaks for itself in addition to the Art Deco lobby and stylish finishes in every apartment,” said Mike Zucker, managing partner for Peak Properties.
The property features studio and one-bedroom floorplans with modern amenities. The building also offers a rooftop terrace with city views, a resident herb garden, and a penthouse lounge. The Clark is surrounded by retail and restaurant destinations and the community offers easy access to the city’s scenic Lakefront Trail.
Peak Properties is a full-service property management company overseeing more than $3 billion in residential and commercial real estate assets throughout Chicagoland. The company was recently tapped to also take over management and leasing for 19 units in a vintage Ravenswood property.
