Paris Baguette Leases Retail Space at National Landing Residential Tower

JBG SMITH announced that French-inspired bakery, Paris Baguette, has leased 3,384 square feet of ground-floor retail space at Valen, the firm’s 355-unit residential tower in National Landing.

Amy Rice of Rice Retail Advisors represented JBG SMITH in the transaction. Amanda DeVinney and Brian Finkelstein with KLNB represented Paris Baguette in the transaction. “Paris Baguette is the perfect complement to the diverse retail mix we have cultivated in National Landing,” said Brandon Taff, Senior Vice President of Commercial Asset Management at JBG SMITH. The location is expected to open in the third quarter of 2026.

Located at 2050 South Bell Street in Arlington, Valen’s multifamily tower features 355 rental apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Paris Baguette joins a burgeoning list of retailers at JBG SMITH’s National Landing multifamily properties, including Bar Chinois, Tiki Thai, Toastique, NailSaloon, Colada Shop, Flight Wine Shop, PLNTR, Van Leeuwen, Bar Colline, DryBar, GoodVets, Tatte Bakery and Twins Ace Hardware.
