Panattoni Development Breaks Ground on Lincolnshire Industrial Center

Panattoni Development Company has broken ground on the Lincolnshire Industrial Center in South Lake County, Illinois.

Lincolnshire Industrial Center, totaling 430,141 square feet, will include two purpose-built facilities designed for logistics, distribution, and manufacturing. One building will be 228,459 square feet on 14 acres and will have a 32-foot clear height, and the other property will be 201,682 square feet on 12 acres and will have a 32-foot clear height.

This project is being developed by Panattoni Development Company and is listed by Brett Kroner, Eric Fischer, Keith Puritz, and Marc Samuels with Cushman & Wakefield. The industrial campus is being developed at an infill location with access to major interstate highways. Alston Construction is the project’s general contractor.
