OPEN Impact Expands Brokerage & Advisory Team

OPEN Impact Real Estate (OPEN) has added four new associates to its mission-driven real estate brokerage and advisory team: Eshaan Gandhi, Chloe Holder, Ethan Voligny, and Kate Whitman. Gandhi, a Baruch College’s Macaulay Honors College graduate, has a background in entrepreneurship and real estate, enriched by his involvement with Project Destined and the Housing Partnership Network.

Holder, a Tufts University alumna with a LEED Green Associate Certification, combines real estate knowledge with a commitment to sustainability. Voligny, an Urban Studies graduate from Washington University in St. Louis, is dedicated to sustainable urban development. Whitman, a recent Trinity College graduate and former OPEN intern, accumulated an understanding of the real estate market through community-based work.

“This new group of associates, in concert with our recent partnership with JLL, will help OPEN further its objective of providing best-in-class real estate advisory services to our purpose-directed clients as we continue to grow,” said OPEN Co-Founder Stephen Powers. OPEN recently formed a strategic alliance with JLL, making it JLL’s exclusive WBE partner in the Tri-State region.
