JLL Forms WBE Alliance with OPEN Impact 

JLL has announced a strategic partnership with OPEN Impact Real Estate, a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) brokerage firm. This alliance establishes one of the largest WBE commercial real estate platforms in the country and reinforces JLL’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.  

OPEN Impact, founded by Lindsay Ornstein and Stephen Powers, specializes in nonprofit, government, and higher education real estate transactions, aligning with JLL’s values. Ornstein and Powers, former partners at Transwestern, bring a wealth of experience to the partnership, particularly in assisting nonprofits with real estate transactions.
