Norris & Stevens Brokers Sale of Office Land in Eugene
Eugene VA, LLC recently completed the $2.66 million purchase of approximately 2.40 acres of office land located on Chad Drive in Eugene, Oregon.
Zoned as a campus industrial zone, the plot of land is situated adjacent to multiple office and medical centers in the North Eugene area. Tim Pfeiffer, with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., represented the buyer, and Stephanie Seubert, with Evans, Elder, Brown & Seubert, Inc., represented the seller, Chambers Investors, LLC, in the transaction.
Conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Eugene, the site is close to major transportation arterials, including I-5 and Highway 569. The buyer plans to develop a VA clinic with shared access from their existing clinic, which is adjacent to the purchased land.
