Norris & Stevens Brokers Owner/User Sale of Oregon Retail Property

Norris & Stevens has brokered the sale of retail property located at 3560 W. 6th St. in The Dalles, Oregon.

Robert N. Magid completed the $2.29 million sale of the asset, which was constructed in 2007. The approximately 11,335-square-foot freestanding retail building is located with high visibility off I-84. Doug Carter with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., represented the seller, and Jessica Kaur with Knipe Realty ERA Powered represented the buyer, Northstar Market LLC, in the transaction.

Formerly an Aaron’s, the property includes 19 parking spaces, a showroom, restrooms, break rooms, a security room, and an overhead grade door. The building is situated on a nearly one-acre site that also shares access with a nearby Home Depot.
