Nominate Commercial Real Estate’s Leading Investment Sales and Leasing Brokers

For the ninth year in a row, Connect CRE will spotlight commercial real estate’s leading investment sales and leasing brokers based on the past year’s achievements. Nominations are now open for the 2026 Connect CRE Top Broker Awards, and we’re inviting you to help us make our selections.

Based on your nominations, we’ll recognize 110 leading brokers or teams of brokers for this year’s awards, including brokers who specialize in property sales and brokers who specialize in leasing. That includes:

• Ten California winners

• Ten Seattle/Pacific Northwest winners

• Ten Phoenix/Southwest winners

• Ten Texas winners

• Ten Chicago/Midwest winners

• Ten Boston/New England winners

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. He produces 7-10 daily news stories per day and works with the Connect team and clients to develop longer-form content, ranging from Q&As to thought-leadership pieces.
