New IE Industrial Facility to House United Legwear and Apparel

Real estate development firm McDonald Property Group has announced construction will soon commence on a build-to-suit, 1.8-million-square-foot industrial complex in Beaumont, CA. The project will be leased to New York-based United Legwear and Apparel Company, LLC (ULAC), and is designed to accommodate the company’s global design, manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution.

The facility is positioned on 85 acres in the Crossroads Logistics Center at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Highway 60. It will contain assembly, racking, and state-of-the-art material handling conveyor automation systems.

JLL’s Luke McDaniel, Cameron Driscoll, Jeff Bellitti and Mac Hewett represented ULAC in the lease transaction while CBRE’s David Consani, Jim Koenig, Darla Longo, Barbara Emmons and Daum’s Rick John represented the landlord, USAA Real Estate.

ULAC is an apparel specialist maintaining recognizable brands like Hurley, Champion and Skechers. “The Beaumont Crossroads Logistics Park will allow us to streamline and consolidate our West Coast logistical hub and distribution point as the premier tenant in this amazing facility,” said Chris Volpe, the company’s COO and CFO.
