New Faris Lee Website Sets Standard for Cutting-Edge Retail Sector

National  + Weekender  |

Today’s fast-paced, always-on digital world has intersected with commercial real estate in new and intriguing ways. Many in traditional CRE sectors have jumped on board to showcase their service lines and specialized expertise.

That’s even more true in the retail sector, where omni-channel, e-commerce and experiential shopping environments must be at the leading edge or face the real threat of extinction. While previously perfected and tested methods worked, there is a continual need to update, refine and define to meet evolving client demands and market shifts. Faris Lee Investments, a Southern California-based retail brokerage firm who works on deals throughout the nation, came to Connect CREative to develop a web platform that is innovative and simple for clients and the industry alike. The debut of a new Faris Lee Investments website reflects this savvy approach to remain competitive. That is evident in the latest iteration of the retail-focused investment brokerage’s online presence that makes its debut ahead of ICSC RECon, the retail industry’s key conference in Las Vegas.

The new site, created under the guidance of Connect CREative, delivers an improved customer experience that shares the Faris Lee story in a new and refined way. That means showcasing the specialized services delivered by a team of retail experts with deep experience. Content was consolidated and reorganized so that it is easy to find and clearly articulates exactly what the institutional firm with a national footprint does for clients today. The suite of six service lines were defined in ways that reflect what each specialty group does, while property listings are now easier for visitors to find.

“Faris Lee Investments has long held a strong presence in the retail sector as a go-to investment brokerage firm,” said Connect CREative’s Jennifer Lloyd. “Our graphic design and web technology teams collaborated with the company to modernize the look and feel of the website, along with updated imagery, graphics, and video. The end result is a website that truly sets the standard.”
