Marriott-Branded Hotel to Open Along the Guadalupe River
Oldham Goodwin is getting close to opening a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott in New Braunfels River Village. The 8-story, 150-key hotel, located along the Guadalupe River at 738 I-35 N. frontage road, will open in January 2027.
SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Braunfels River Village will feature Fort Worth-based Tex-Mex restaurant Paloma Suerte, a two-tier pool with a bar and private cabanas, and a 1,328-square-foot fitness center. SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Braunfels River Village will also have 4,400 square feet of event space. Select accommodations feature private balconies overlooking the Guadalupe River.
SpringHill Suites New Braunfels River Village will be just minutes from Schlitterbahn®, the Gruene Historic District, and the Comal River.
According to MMGC Invest, SpringHill Suites by Marriott occupies an upper-moderate/upscale select-service all-suites niche, bridging the gap between standard economy hotels and full-service lifestyle properties.
