Marcus & Millichap Arranges Maverik Gas Station Sale in Missouri

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a net-leased Maverik gas station property in Springfield, Missouri, for $4.4 million.

Jackson Harris, Chris Lind, Mark Ruble and Zack House, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, in association with David Saverin, Marcus & Millichap’s Missouri broker of record, procured the buyer, a California-based limited liability company.

The 6,203-square-foot property is situated on a two-acre lot at 2704 S. Campbell Ave. The property occupies a high-visibility corner at South Campbell Avenue and West Sunset Street, which see approximately 26,500 and 12,000 vehicles per day, respectively.

Built in 2016 and recently remodeled following Maverik’s 2023 acquisition of Kum & Go, the site has approximately 10.8 years remaining on the primary lease term. Maverik acquired Iowa-based Kum & Go, including its numerous Springfield locations, in a deal finalized in 2023 for an estimated $2 billion.
