Standard Security Life Insurance Company of New York has signed a lease for 10 years at the Feil Organization's 488 Madison Ave. in Midtown Manhattan

Legal, Accounting Tenants Move to Feil’s 488 Madison

Norman Bobrow & Company recently signed two leases at the Feil Organization’s 488 Madison Ave., bringing in two law firms and a real estate accounting firm.

Omrani & Taub, P.C. and Certain & Zilberg PLLC have signed a 10-year lease for a total of 8,268 square feet. Both law firms relocated from 909 Third Ave., and were represented by Michael Nazarian.

On the second lease, accounting firm Shanholt Glassman Klein Kramer & Company (SGKK)  leased the entire 18th floor of 16,648 square feet, moving from 575 Lexington Ave.. The lease runs for 12 years.

“SGKK was aware of the building’s incredible efficiency as they were a former tenant of the building 15 years prior,” said Norman Bobrow & Company’s David Badner, who represented the tenant along with Norman Bobrow.

Feil’s director of commercial leasing, David Turino, represented ownership in both leases.
