Lee & Associates Renews Boutique Clothing Lease at Riverwalk Plaza

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, renewed a 1,081 square foot lease of Bows & Babes clothing boutique at Riverwalk Plaza. The retail shopping center is located at 175 W. Jackson Avenue in Naperville, Illinois.

Michael Petrik, Associate at Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Naper Limited Partnership. According to Petrik, “This sought-after downtown Naperville space captured the interest of many prospective retail tenants due to its prime location and robust foot traffic. We were pleased to have the opportunity to renew the current tenant at market rate for a long-term lease.”

Located in the heart of downtown Naperville, Riverwalk Plaza is situated directly across from the fountain in the Naperville River Walk. Created in 1981, the Riverwalk features 1.75 miles of brick paths, event places, shops and restaurants along the DuPage River.
