Lee & Associates Adds Brandon Howard to DC Retail Leasing Team

Commercial real estate veteran Brandon Howard has joined Lee & Associates as senior vice president and will oversee tenant representation for retailers, execute marketing and leasing activities for shopping centers, as well as handle investment sales for investors and property owners.

Howard will be based in Lee & Associates’ Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia office, as well as collaborate with the dedicated Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales and Leasing team in Howard County, Maryland. Howard brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm and was formerly Senior Vice President for Divaris Real Estate.

Howard joins the office managed by Tom Whelan, a principal with Lee & Associates, which was formed in 2019. Whelan, together with Kristin Rebeck, focuses on the leasing and sale of commercial office, office/flex, and industrial/warehouse asset classes. He will also work closely with Mark Mueller and Glenn Ulick to form the group’s Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales and Leasing team. This division, which also includes Kaityln Thomas, is based in Columbia, Maryland.
