LCOR Launches Leasing at High-Rise Apartments in North Bethesda

LCOR has launched leasing at Envoi, a 354-unit, high-rise residential community in North Bethesda, Maryland.

Envoi marks the fourth and final building within The Quad at Pike District, LCOR’s transit-oriented master-planned neighborhood located adjacent to the North Bethesda Metro Station. Situated in the heart of the Pike District, Envoi offers access to a mix of shopping, dining, grocers, and entertainment, along with direct access to the North Bethesda Metro Station, providing connectivity to Washington, D.C. and the broader region.

“Envoi represents the culmination of our long-term vision for The Quad – one rooted in transit access and thoughtfully designed spaces that are reflective of today’s resident needs,” said Harmar Thompson at LCOR.

Designed by Design Collective Inc., the 12-story building features nearly 13,000 square feet of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor pool, an expansive open-air courtyard with grilling stations, and a rooftop terrace. Envoi offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
