KidStrong to Open First Location in Baltimore

Samantha and Jeffrey Gossett, owners of KidStrong, leased 3,522 square feet at Padonia Village Shopping Center in Timonium, Maryland, for the program’s first Baltimore County location. The center, at 61 E. Padonia Road, is expected to employ about 15 people. Dominique Threatt of Continental Realty Corporation represented the landlord, and Linda Nguyen and Zach Smith of Morrow Hill represented the tenant.

KidStrong, targeting children from 12 months to 11 years, emphasizes physical and emotional development. The Gossetts, parents of young children, were inspired to invest after struggling to find suitable programs for their daughter during the pandemic. Impressed by KidStrong’s effectiveness, they plan to open three more Maryland locations.

“Adding another high-quality family-oriented business to the Padonia Village tenant mix further differentiates the center and complements the entire tenant roster,” explained Kristina O’Keefe, CRC’s vice president of Commercial Division. Classes of KidStrong, open seven days a week, focus on brain, character, and physical development.
