Keystone Hospitality Acquires Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel

Keystone Hospitality announced the acquisition of the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel, located at 11925 N. Meridian St. along the North Meridian Corridor in Carmel, Indiana.

The 266-room property is Hamilton County’s largest full-service hotel and the only operating hotel in Indiana under Marriott International’s Renaissance Hotels lifestyle brand. “Indiana continues to emerge as a premier destination for domestic and international tourism, major sporting events, city-wide conventions and corporate travel,” said Ersal Ozdemir, Founder and Owner, Keystone Group. “We are committed to making strategic investments that enhance the visitor experience, strengthen Indiana’s hospitality infrastructure, and help position our state to compete on a global scale.”

The acquisition marks Keystone Hospitality’s second Renaissance commitment in a matter of weeks, following recently announced plans to transform the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre into the state’s second Renaissance hotel. Upon completion of the downtown conversion, Keystone will own every Renaissance hotel in Indiana.
