Keystone Group Acquires Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre

Keystone Group has acquired the 378-room Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel located in downtown Indianapolis’ Monument Circle at 31 W. Ohio Street. The company plans to transform the property into the Renaissance Indianapolis.

Keystone Group plans to introduce a multi-phase series of enhancements to the property, including upgraded ballrooms and event spaces, a reinvented grand arrival and lobby experience, a reimagined rooftop pool and major improvements to the 537-space public parking garage.

Luxury upgrades will also be executed throughout all interior and exterior spaces, including completely redesigned guest rooms and suites across all 378 keys. Renovations will include a ground-floor restaurant, a new lobby coffee shop and café, a pedestrian skywalk connection to 120 Monument Circle, and a comprehensive façade restoration.

“Downtown Indianapolis is entering a new era of growth and international visibility,” said Ersal Ozdemir, Founder and Owner, Keystone Group. “Hospitality will continue to play a defining role in its next chapter.”
