JPI Adding 398 Fort Worth Apartment Units
Another sizable apartment project from JPI. The regions leading apartment builder appears to be behind the planning of a 398-unit multifamily community. While the developers name in not included in the public filing, The Dallas Business Journal suspects the address listed matches that of JPI’s Irving office. The company plans to bring the community to east Fort Worth near Eastchase Parkway and Interstate 30.
The development, located at 8101 Ederville Road, will include units with private garages and a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse.
With groundbreaking slated for later this year, the project should deliver by 2025.
JPI plans to bring an $80 million multifamily project to the city of Anna, totally 320 multifamily units. The firm also has plans to develop a $65 million multifamily project in Lewisville. That project will total 380 units.
