JPI adds to workforce rentals in Anna

JPI Bringing $80M Rental Community to Anna

The development would bring 320 multifamily units as well as 5,000 square feet of retail development. The project, dubbed Jefferson Finley, has an anticipated start date later this year and would deliver in 2025. The Dallas Business Journal reports JPI holds the title of the most prolific multifamily developer in North Texas. The company also ranks among the most active commercial real estate developers in the DFW area.

JPI’s Miller Sylvan added, “Jefferson Finley will provide much-needed housing to a rapidly growing area, including a percentage set aside to serve the local workforce.”  JPI has plans to expand its offerings within the attainable housing sphere, saying that market has seen steady growth amid rising rental rates.

The company also has plans to build a $92 million residential development in south Fort Worth. Located along Brewer Boulevard, the project will contain multifamily buildings, single-family homes, duplex homes and an amenity center with an outdoor pool and courtyard.
