Japanese Firm Leases Space at FRED310 Industrial Park
Japanese research, development and manufacturing firm Kowa will move into a 317,000-square-foot space later this year at the FRED310 industrial park.
Kowa is the fourth tenant to ink a deal for space in the FRED310 industrial park, and the company will occupy about half of the space in the development’s Building D at 6921 192nd St. E, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Scott Alan, Patrick Mullin and Connor Cree represented the landlord in the transaction. FRED310 Industrial Park is a massive development by Panattoni and Crow Holdings Capital. The project will eventually have six buildings and up to 4 million square feet of space. Panattoni acquired the site from Boeing in 2021 for $200 million.
Kowa will share Building D with Haier/General Electric, which is leasing 436,000 square feet. Harbor Freight is leasing the 783,000-square-foot Building E, and Floor & Decor is in the 1.1 million-square-foot Building C.
