Irvine Company is celebrating a successful 2022, leasing more than 10 million square feet of office space to more than 900 companies in California. Irvine Company attributes the success, during a period where many office developers struggled, to marquee projects like Spectrum Terrace (pictured) and Innovation Office Park that feature amenities, innovation and flexibility.

Some notable Irvine Company leases from 2022 include Sega of America at Innovation Office Park in Irvine, CA, Western Asset at Western Asset Plaza in Pasadena, CA and DLA Piper at The Plaza in San Diego.
