Insights from Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 (VIDEO)

Connect CRE recently gathered leaders from across industrial real estate to discuss the state of the market and trends in the industrial sector. We asked, “What industrial sectors are you bullish on, from a development or investment standpoint?” Kevin Brennan, Co-Founder and Managing Principal Midwest, Brennan Investment Group, said, “We’re bullish on existing building acquisitions, and our focus in 2024 is going to be on multi-tenant buildings and infill markets across the U.S.”

Lockwood and Aaron Martell, Executive Vice President – Central Region, Logistics Property Co. They shared their thoughts on how demand for industrial space normalizing this year.

“I see demand for industrial normalizing 2024 back to levels that are pre-pandemic,” said Martell. Lockwood added, “I think the demand for industrial space will normalize, but the question is, what is normal?”
