National real estate investment firm Hamilton Zanze has acquired Abbotts Run apartments in Alexandria, VA. The sales price was undisclosed.

Built in 1988, the 248-unit community is located near the Potomac River in the Washington D.C. metro area. The community consists of a mix of one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 693 to 1,352 square feet.
