Flex Workspace Firm Expansive to Open New Ravenswood Location

Expansive, a flexible workspace solutions provider, is set to open its newest location, Expansive North Center, at 3838 N Ravenswood Avenue in Chicago.

The new cutting-edge office spaces are located within The Opus Chicago, a luxury apartment community co-developed by Landrosh Development and Macon Construction. The first two floors of the building are dedicated to modern, flexible workspaces.

“This collaboration fosters innovation and creativity, as well as creates a vibrant environment where residents can thrive both personally and professionally,” said Expansive Founder & CEO Bill Bennett. Other Expansive locations across the city include spaces at 100 S State, 73 W Monroe, 318 W Adams, 211 W Wacker, and 405 W Superior.

Expansive is the latest workspace provider to expand its footprint in Chicago. IWG recently added seven flexible workspaces in the greater Chicago area, and WeWork continues to assume some of its office space leases amid the company’s bankruptcy.
