IWG Continues Expansion with New Chicagoland Flex Work Locations

IWG, a provider of hybrid working solutions with brands including Spaces, Regus, and HQ, is adding seven state-of-the-art flexible workspaces in the greater Chicago area, in several of the city’s traditional suburbs including Libertyville, Naperville and Orland Park.

The seven new centers will include facilities including private offices, meeting rooms, co-working and creative spaces in and around Chicago. IWG added 35 new locations in Illinois alone in 2023, and the company’s footprint now spans 75 flexible workspace locations across the state.

“As hybrid working becomes the new normal for many and the need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar, the Chicago market—the third most populous city in the U.S. with rapidly growing suburbs—is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans and meet more employees where they live and want to be,” said Mark Dixon, CEO and founder of IWG.
