CBRE has arranged a 3,122-square-foot office lease at 800 NW 62nd Avenue in Miami, FL on behalf of Finsight Group, Inc. The New York-based financial services firm houses approximately 10 employees in a space on the 4th floor.

Scott Goldstein and Keith Edelman with CBRE represented Finsight Group, Inc., in the lease negotiations. The landlord is Waterford CORE Operating LP.

“While Finsight originally signed a short-term sublease in Miami, they recognized the benefits of Miami’s large talent pool and competitive labor market,” said Goldstein. “This new lease represents a long-term commitment to their South Florida presence.”

800 Waterford Way is a 10-story, Class A office building within the Waterford Business District, which spans over 250 acres. The property features a five-story parking deck, conference center, coffee bar, on-site day care facilities, multiple cafés, a fitness center and the Pullman Hotel.

The Waterford Business District is located adjacent to Miami International Airport.
