StoneX, a global financial services firm, is expanding its footprint within RXR’s 230 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. The firm, which currently occupies the 10th floor (72,838 square feet), will expand to the 32nd floor, adding 21,904 square feet for a 10-year lease term.  Asking rent for the 32nd-floor space was $120 per square foot.

The tenant was represented by Mark Weiss, Scott Shelbourne, and Melissa Rubenstein of Cushman & Wakefield. RXR was represented by Brian Waterman, Scott Klau, Erik Harris, Zach Weil, and Cole Gendels of Newmark, and in-house by Andrew Ackerman and Walter Rooney.

“We are thrilled that StoneX has expanded at 230 Park,” said William Elder, RXR’s EVP, managing director of NYC Division. “Across our portfolio, RXR remains committed to delivering a top-tier tenant experience, and we’re especially pleased to support tenants as they grow within our properties, which is an important advantage in Midtown’s competitive leasing environment.”
