Event Venue Company Acquires Vista Industrial for Headquarters

JLL closed the sale of a 9,294-square-foot freestanding industrial building located at 1210 Distribution Way in Vista. The property was sold for $3.1 million to Trademark Venues, an event venue company, which plans to relocate its corporate headquarters and warehouse operations to the property from Bonsall in the first quarter of 2026.  

JLL’s Chris Baumgart represented the seller, Sun Ventures, LLC. The buyer was represented by Billy Long of Balboa Real Estate brokerage firm.

“Q4 2025 was one of the most active owner-user quarters we have seen in North San Diego County in some time,” said Baumgart. “This sale, along with several other transactions currently in escrow, highlights the continued demand from business owners investing in long-term facilities for their operations. Stabilizing interest rates and improving economic fundamentals are supporting this momentum.”
